Dan Griess

Dan has been helping families achieve the American dream locally for over 25 years. Since becoming licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia, he has been continually updating his resume through advanced designations and also by giving back to his industry.

While most agents only get their basic license, Dan has gone above the norm by obtaining his GRI, Graduate, Realtors Institute, and also earning the Certified Residential Specialist, CRS, designation which is only held by 5% of all licensees. Dan earned his Brokers license in 2007,

While being a top producing agent, Dan also held notable positions within the Greater Chattanooga Realtors Association. In 2005, he was the President of the association. In 2006 and 2009, he was the President of the MLS Corporation. In 2007, Dan was awarded “Realtor of the year” by the Greater Chattanooga Realtors. Dan continues to serve on numerous committees.

Dan’s greatest joy is helping the hundreds of families and individuals achieve the American dream! He is assisting 2nd and even 3rd generations of his wonderful client list.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He and his wife of 28 years, Sharon, have 2 sons, Taylor and Tyler. When not busy with real estate, Dan and his family enjoy camping, and traveling around this beautiful country.
